Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of kv1nt, a modular SaaS platform operated by kv1nt ApS (CVR 46156595). By using kv1nt, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Service Description

kv1nt is a modular product platform providing productivity tools including task management, notes, calendar, chat, email AI, research, documents, business intelligence, local AI agent integration, and team collaboration features. The service is provided on a subscription basis with Free and Premium tiers.

Account

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Subscriptions

kv1nt offers two subscription tiers:

• Free Tier — Access to core features with usage limits.
• Premium Tier — Full access to all features with higher usage limits.

Pricing is displayed on the platform and may change with notice. Premium features require active payment.

Data Ownership

You own all data you create in kv1nt. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Data Portability: You may export your data at any time. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission
• Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm others

Intellectual Property

The kv1nt platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of kv1nt ApS. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without written permission.

Third-Party Services

kv1nt integrates with third-party services including Supabase (infrastructure), Google (authentication), and LiveKit (video calls). Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms of service.

Payment

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time.

Refunds: No refunds for partial billing periods. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

Termination

By You: You may delete your account at any time through Settings.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when possible.

Data Deletion: Upon termination, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. We retain anonymized usage data for analytics.

Limitation of Liability

kv1nt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kv1nt ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless kv1nt ApS from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in Danish courts.

Consumer Complaints: If you have a complaint, contact us first. If unresolved, you may file a complaint with the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Nævnenes Hus).

Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Danish data protection law. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
