By accessing or using the kv1nt platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
kv1nt provides a productivity platform including notes, tasks, calendar, projects, chat, meetings, documents, email, and AI agent integration. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, interfere with the platform's operation, transmit malware or harmful code, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
The kv1nt platform, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by kv1nt. You retain ownership of your content and data. We claim no intellectual property rights over the content you create.
6. Limitation of Liability
kv1nt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
